Lox bagel. So good.

My girlfriend dumped me here. Don't let your significant other being you here unless you want to break up. If you do want that, imagine this as a 5 star review. Also I got extremely sick from the bagel. It was an overall bad day.

Very disappointing. They were stingy with the avocado I paid extra for (I couldn't even see it on the sandwich, I took it in and they took it apart to show me the measly little spread), every worker was cold and snobby (I dealt with three different ones), and it was overpriced. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for breakfast.

I called Tuesday 3/17/2020 to ask if they had a drive up or were offering curbside pickup. I explained that I have health problems and I was doing what I could to social distance myself. I realize this was before we were told to do so as the general public. I just happen to fall into the group of immune compromised and elderly that was told to use caution. The lady that answered the the phone laughed and told me no they would not bring it to my car if I wanted it I could come in and get it.👎

They’re good at moving the line quickly. Bagels are usually fresh. Minus a star because a few staff members weren’t super friendly, and looked annoyed to be working there. Also, the ovens really heated the place up so we got our order to go.

I picked up bagels on the morning I was proposing to my girlfriend. When I told them my plans, they gave me the employee discount and wished me luck. Great staff! Great bagels!

A meal so delicious I thought warmly of it still hours later. Maybe a little upscale for bagels, you might think, but totally worth it. We had the Crispy Chicken & Tater, Farmhouse, and Chorizo Sunrise. The Farmhouse was good but somewhat standard, the CC&T was great, but we both agreed the real winner was the Chorizo Sunrise, would highly recommend trying it.

Staff is always nice here.

This place was really nice. The cashier girl is really nice and looks like she cares for customer. I did get hella charged extra for a bagel sandwich 3 times the price to be exact . Overall of my 5 visits that was only once so I’ll look past it but I’ll probably go back because they’re quality is really top tier

30 minutes to get a Cold breakfast sandwiches. I asked to speak to the manager to see if they wanted to compensate me for their mistake I asked for a gift card but they only offered food in exchange which I already had plenty of cold sandwiches. Thanks to covid it's really fun negotiating with masked people. The manager didn't even come out from behind the counter to talk to me and chose to yell at me from all the way across the store. I call that extreme social distancing. I do recognize that wearing masks increases stress. And they appeared under staffed because there were a lot of other people standing around outside for almost as long as I was. Only to find that they were hiding a whole bunch of stuff behind the counter.

Great food and prices.

Couldn't even place an order at the store. Had to go outside and user their app, had to create a new account on their app, no guest checkout. then we couldn't figure out how to pay for it! They only option was to buy a pre paid card and use that to pay! Forget that, ended up calling them from outside and placing the order over the phone. Two stars because the bagels are still good. Just no convenient way to order them.

Everything tastes great

This is a great place to stop and get some good food. I love their breakfast sandwiches! Who knew a bagel with some cheese, mushrooms, spinach, and eggs could taste so good? I will have to make eating here a habit. Go see for yourself... and you see what I'm talking about.

Amazing bagels! I have always loved Einstein's, but the chain must have been bought recently or something because it doesn't have the same family run vibe as it used to. They are trying to push some new brand of coffee, and they are working it too hard in my opinion.

The Asiago bagel is my favorite- when they not usually a cream cheese fan, but I love to pair it with the onion and chive shmear. It's absolutely divine.For a warm, quick small item to-go, Einstein's Bagels is an obvious choice. It's quick and delicious with a big variety of bagels and shmears to choose from so you'll always have something new to try.

The people at the Provo location are absolutely awesome, friendly and show genuine concern for their customers.

The all nighter is my favorite!

Great place for bagels plain or in sandwich form.

Don’t get me wrong — the bagels are good. If you are looking for a satisfying, good, bagel, this is the place. However at this particular place the staff was not receptive or pleasant to be around. It made the experience less enjoyable. At the end of the day, all that matters is the taste, really, and so I will give this place a nice review. I would recommend it.

We had to ask if we could order . Then when we did we asked if we could get the combos . He said yes rang me up for an ice tea and a drink. But then when we got the food there was no hash browns apparently they were out . But said we weren't charged for a drink and the two sandwiches came to 18 which seems pricy for no combo. The manager did apologize but didn't offer anything.

The best bagels ever, fresh and taste so good!

It's frustrating that they close so early, but the bagels and cream cheese are seriously so good.

Wouldn’t recommend going here, they forgot the cream cheese for all 12 of my bagels and non of them knew the recipe for my coffee

I often go here to buy bagels for the office. I like the variety and the bagels are always fresh. The cream cheese schemer is always tasty too. My favorite is honey almond. The staff is generally kind. Sometimes they struggle slicing the bagels evenly...but that happens. Overall its a great place.

They make the best bagels in the world. The only bagels my kids will eat. Try them they are excellent! 😁

Some places are successful at adjusting to serving food during the COVID-19 reality. This is not one of them.

Fast service. The cashier was nice and took my name. I got the Santa Fe Bagel Sandwich. The whole thing felt fresh and it was delicious. Perfect for a quick breakfast. Definitely would recommend

Food was excellent, staff was lazy and rude. My orange juice was mostly water so as I returned to the counter, the gentleman standing behind it made eye contact with me and walked into the back room. The yound lady making a bagel for drive through looked at me and asked the young person, who was staring at the bottom of a coffee cup, to serve me. That individual said "I'm busy". No one even bothered to help at all. I finally caught the attention of the first girl and told her about my juice and picked up another leaving mine at the register.

Yummy Breakfast bagel here. Hit the spot perfectly. Fast service, food was great, place was clean and had a nice presentation.

Im not a breakfast kind of guy but this is the 2nd time ive gotten the Bagelrito and it was just as good as the first. The bagel is delicious with the full variety of rich different flavors of sausage, hashbrown, cheese and eggs, gives you that full breakfast feeling. Very filling.

They kicked us out and it took so long to get our food we where in a rush and did not get to hockey overall if you all day to wait then go here.

Usually get breakfast here at least three times a week. Super friendly staff.

After a recent trip to New York, my husband and I were craving good bagels. Store bagels from the grocery store don't cut it. We got a bunch of bagels from Einsteins and they were so good and fresh! They hit the spot. If only they'd open a location in Spanish Fork!

bagel was good after i asked them to heat it up so the cheese was melted, BUT the employees were very rude, me and my friends were treated poorly. horrible customer service

Can't complain about food or service just great all around. The only complaint I have is the design of the parking lot,,,, handicapped can't get out of car bushes in the way, curb is to high if you try to step over which you have to and trip and get hurt who is responsible for any doctor bills...come on people there is a federal law for handicapped services

Options to please everyone. I also love that they are open early.

Great bagels. Stock gets low by lunch

It is a good bagel place, but the first time I ordered with them, I ordered online and it let me do so when there was only 15 minutes until close. I didn't realize the hours were different, so I drove straight over and they were closed. I didn't want them on Monday, but I offered to just replace them on Monday and I came in to the store to pick them up and I waited, but the staff was running around answering doordash and online orders without even talking to the customer ahead of me for over five minutes. I left and asked for a refund over the phone, but they said they don't offer refunds for online orders. So, the moral of the story, I am out $20 for paying online in a faulty system. If you order, do it in the store.

Food was yummy. Like any restaurant, the pictures of food look much better than in person. Clean. Not a lot of parking.

They had apple cinnamon when I went this time so 5 stars it is.

Okay I love this place! The specialty bagels are soooooo killer! One warning though if you are in a hurry this isn’t the place to go! I feel like every time I’ve been here it takes so long, employees are helping call ins before you, and sometimes the employees walk in right as you do from a break outside or something. But I will say their hash brown bagel is to die for!

Awsome place to bad we cant sit down and eat

I decided to go and get a bagel before work for breakfast. After waiting there about 25 min I finally decided to go up and ask where my order was.. The girl was shocked and apologized. I said its okay no worries. She then started making it and I was able to finally eat it. I asked it to go because I did not want to be late for work. I then eat it there because well might as well I was late already... The egg was nasty and she did not make right, I was so frustrated and mad. after one bite I just got up and throw it away and walked out! NEVER going back to this place. waste of my money and time.

I just stopped in to get a bagel and the comradery I witnessed was awesome. The manager deserves a raise. Thank you for making it such a pleasant place.
